Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. If you need more edits, they will be charged at a set hourly or flat rate.

To keep our projects on track, we need timely communication and content delivery from you. Come prepared and on time (we'll guide you!). Please submit any necessary materials like logos, scripts, or references to kickstart the design process. We love collaboration, but remember, micromanagement can slow down the magic!

Mocha Media Co. retains the right to use content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients receive commercial usage rights for their own brand promotion. Resale or third-party licensing is not permitted.

Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.

You'll get your final files once the full payment is received. Please note, editable files (PSD/AI) aren't included unless purchased separately, and we don't provide RAW unedited images.

We're available Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM EST. If you contact us outside these hours, we'll respond the next business day!

Due to the unique nature of our creative services, all sales are final. However, if you're not satisfied, we're dedicated to working with you to make it right!
